DC Conferences did a wonderful job of coordinating our inaugural Summit. The management and organisation of the event far exceeded our expectations. Despite the event being organised remotely (different city) this did not impede operations or communications at all and when the DC staff arrived onsite all was in order and ran as planned.

I have worked with DC Conferences over a 25 year period in 2 separate organisations, DC Conferences has delivered an excellently run and profitable conference. It is two years since our first Conference and we are about to hold our second. The committee decided we should save as much money as we could and that we should organise it ourselves.

This letter is to express my profound appreciation for all that you did for us the first time.  It is only when you have to do everything yourself that you can truly appreciate how much work there is in organising a conference like ours. 

I am going nearly crazy and my head is spinning - there really is only Rod and Syl and me doing this work and Syl is also at Uni.  So, mostly, just me.  NEVER AGAIN!! 

My fear is that this time we wont be able to live up to the high standard you already set.  I wish you were on board and I didn't have to worry about anything except the content.

Thank you for all that you did and for giving us such a professional outcome.

Our organisation had never used a professional conference organiser so it was a big leap for us to select DC Conferences for our 2016 conference. I am delighted that our conference went so well and we have received glowing feedback from speakers, delegates and sponsors.

The executive of the Australian Pain Society is thrilled by the success of its 2015 Annual Scientific Meeting in Brisbane.  Credit goes to our conference organiser, DC Conferences, who in liaison with our Scientific Program Committee produced an innovative program with high impact.  New features have been gradually introduced and refined, including an interactive program app, "meet the speakers" breakfasts for young researchers, and question and answer sessions with audience plenary participation.  Consistent with our experience in past years, the audio-visual preparation and performance was seamless, ensuring satisfaction from both speakers and delegates.
