If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.
Please note: Reservations at the Mantra Collins Hotel will require full payment at the time of applying accommodation to your online registration.
Cancellations and changes should be made through the SSA 2017 Conference Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (1) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
