Instructions to submit a Concurrent Session for inclusion in the RMSANZ ASM Scientific Program:
Submissions should be made using the concurrent session template only. Click here to download.
Concurrent sessions will be 90 minute interactive sessions within the conference program and should involve the Chair plus a maximum of four presenters
The nominated chair of the session will be responsible for collating and submitting all material for the concurrent session and for all communication with the Conference Secretariat
The submission must be accompanied by a concurrent session summary, which will include:
- Title
- Session facilitator
- Presenters (max 4)
- Session summary (maximum 200 words)
- Four (4) key learning objectives
Sessions that include speakers from varied institutions will be given preference over submissions that include speakers from a single institution.
The Chair will nominate the speakers and the titles for each presentation in the session.
Individual abstracts from presenters are not required.
The Chair will complete the Concurrent Session application form online via the website, giving names, contact details and short biographies of all presenters in the session.
The RMSANZ Scientific Sub-Committee will be responsible for reviewing the applications for all sessions.
Notification of acceptance or otherwise will be made in November 2026.
All presenters must register for a minimum of one day of the conference by the Early Bird Registration Deadline: Tuesday 1 June 2026.
Please note, there is no funding, discounted or complimentary registrations available for submitted presenters.
