Please find some guidelines and useful information below for all free paper presenters.
All oral free papers are allocated 11 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions. The session will be kept strictly to time.
For a full list of authors in your session, please click here.
Free paper abstracts will be included in the 2026 conference app, a hard copy handbook will not be available.
We recommend keeping to a maximum of 10 PowerPoint slides in 16:9 format. As a guide, it is best to use no more than 8 lines of bold print per page, and try not to make the slides too busy!
PowerPoint presentations need to be downloaded onto a laptop or USB stick and brought with you to the conference. Even if you would prefer to use your own laptop, please ensure you check-in to the Speaker Preparation Room, at least 1 hour prior to your session. The Speaker Preparation location will be confirmed shortly before the conference. The session room will include standard audio visual equipment including a laptop and data projection.
All presenters must register by the early bird registration deadline of 26 May 2026, for their presentation to be included in the program. A personalised registration link has been sent to all free paper presenters. A reminder no funding or discounted registrations are available for submitted abstracts authors.
