Presentation Format

We recommend keeping to a maximum of 10 PowerPoint slides in 16:9 format. As a guide, it is best to use no more than 8 lines of bold print per page, and try not to make the slides too busy!

PowerPoint presentations need to be downloaded onto a laptop or USB stick and brought with you to the conference. Even if you would prefer to use your own laptop, please ensure you check-in to the Speaker Preparation Room, at least 1 hour prior to your session. The Speaker Preparation location will be confirmed shortly before the conference. The session room will include standard audio visual equipment including a laptop and data projection.
