Following the success of RMSANZ Virtual Snapshots 2021 earlier this year, we are excited to reconnect with our members and all medical, nursing, allied health colleagues and community partners in the Gold Coast, QLD in 2022.
The Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia & New Zealand 5th Annual Scientific Meeting (RMSANZ 2022) will be held from 7 - 10 June 2022 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC), QLD.
The theme for RMSANZ 2022 is Forging Alliances – New Horizons. In the midst of cataclysmic carnages that Covid-19 has wrought upon our society and health system, this theme speaks to the precious, enduring bond we have with our patients and with one another, the unfolding and expanding possibilities arising from a paradigm-shifting event, as well as heralding the collaborative and inter-disciplinary nature of future rehabilitation practice both in the hospital setting and in the communities.
The Conference Committee are currently working hard on bringing delegates an exciting and fresh program. Including international and national leaders in the field of rehabilitation, the program will include time to share knowledge, skills and experiences, to network, and to enjoy all the attractions that Gold Coast has to offer.
With an ounce of luck, Queensland borders will have reopened by the conference and the warmth of winter sun on the Gold Coast will rejuvenate our weary but relieved bodies. Whether you plan to recharge at the conference, to refresh in the lush hinterlands, to reconnect with family in the theme parks, or simply to relax by the pristine beach, we look forward to seeing you on the Gold Coast!
