WELCOME
On behalf of Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (RMSANZ) and the Scientific Meeting Organising Committee I extend a warm invitation to all rehabilitation physicians, allied health professionals and other colleagues to attend the 2016 RMSANZ 1st ASM, in association with AFRM(RACP), to be held from 16 – 19 October 2016 at the Crown Promenade, Melbourne.
The theme for the conference is Change, Challenge and Opportunity and we have a great line up of international speakers and local experts to explore the roles and identity of a rehabilitation physician at the national level, international arena and from a global perspective.
Topics include disaster management, global health, amputee rehabilitation, osteo-integration, NDIS, young researchers, neuroplasticity, entrepreneurship, msk and many more…
We will continue the AFRM tradition of Burniston and Norington orations and pre-conference supervisors workshops. Other planned workshops include Botulinium Toxin for the Management of Spasticity.
