Steps to connect:
The conference registration desk is located in the Grand Terrace on the Ground Floor (Level 1) of the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast, adjacent to the Mirage Grand Ballroom entrance. The opening times are as follows:

All delegates are required to wear their name badge for the entire conference. Delegates and Sponsors without a name badge will not be able to enter the exhibition hall where all the catering breaks will be held.

There are four sponsored sessions available. Join Abbott and Mainstay Medical on Saturday morning at 7:15 am, and Saluda Medical and Boston Scientific on Sunday at 7:15 am over breakfast to learn more about the research behind their products. If you have not already done so, please advise the Conference Secretariat of any specific dietary requirements and/or food allergies. If you have advised of a special dietary request, please make yourself known to banqueting staff at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast to collect your meal. Vegetarians will be catered for within the standard catering package.
If you have booked your accommodation through the Conference Secretariat your reservation has been confirmed with the hotel. Any amendments to bookings must be sent via the Conference Secretariat.
Speaker Preparation
The Speaker Preparation Room is located in the Grand Terrace, near the registration desk. The team will be available from 6:30am on Saturday 8 August until 1:30pm on Sunday 9 August. All presenters must visit the team at least 2 hours prior to their session start time.
Sponsor Posters
The poster display will be located in the exhibition hall in Grand Ballroom 1&2, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast. Posters are to be in-place by 12:30pm on Saturday 8 August 2026 and will be displayed for the duration of the conference.
Poster walk around sessions will take place during the lunch breaks on both days of the conference. During these sessions, authors should stand by their poster, in case delegates have any questions about your research.
All delegates attending NSANZ 2026 will receive an e-certificate of attendance. The certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the conference; no hard copies will be available. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you need to update your email address.
The attendance certificate will note the number of educational hours completed. You will need this certificate to apply for CPD accreditation points through your chosen college. We recommend delegates self-record as colleges differ on their professional development point systems.
You will be emailed a link to the evaluation at the conclusion of the conference; your participation would be appreciated. Feedback is important to ensure changes and improvements are made to future conferences.
Delegates who complete the evaluation can go into the running to win a complimentary registration to the 2027 Neuromodulation Society of Australia and New Zealand 20th Annual Scientific Meeting.

Queensland's Gold Coast has a sub-tropical climate with around 300 days of sunshine per year. Winter on the Gold Coast is generally sunny and dry with average temperatures between 12.5 - 21.5°C (54.5 - 70.7°F). The Hinterland is slightly cooler with maximum winter temperatures around 16°C (60.8°F). Clear skies and dry air average cool nights. It's recommended to bring a light coat to stay comfortable during the cooler evenings and early mornings.
