Registration Inclusions:
Registration for full registrants includes entry into all scientific sessions, access to the conference app, attendance e-certificate, morning, afternoon teas and lunches on each day of the conference.

Payment
Delegates are encouraged to pay via credit card at the time of registration.
Payment can be made by credit card, personal cheque or EFT transfer in Australian Dollars only. Payment can be made via MasterCard or Visa at the time of registration. Payment can also be made by direct transfer, please quote invoice number when transferring funds electronically. EFT details can be found on your invoice. All outstanding payments are due 14 days after registration.
Cancellation Policy
Registration: If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to Wednesday 24 March 2027 a full refund will be given (less a AU$175 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration add-ons (workshops, dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.
Accommodation: Cancellation of hotel bookings should be made through the Conference Secretariat in writing. Cancellations made within 14 days of booking will incur a cancellation fee of one night and cancellations within 7 days of booking will incur the full accommodation amount. Cancellations and changes should be made in writing through the NNEC Conference Secretariat only at nnecasm@dccam.com.au.
Photography
There may be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the NNEC and ANTS website and social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.
Liability / Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither ANTS nor DC Conferences will accept liability for, but not limited to:
Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchase in your country of origin.
Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.
Force Majeure
The Committee and organisers of the Conference shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the un-availability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without fault or negligence. For one or more of such reasons, the organisers and any co-organisers of the conference may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of organisers and co-organisers of the conference. In the event the meeting cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the organisers and co-organisers of the conference shall not be liable to the attendee for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accomodation costs or financial losses.

Letter of Invitation
Please note that our policy is to only issue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received. A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email nnecasm@dccam.com.au to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
