On behalf of the Local Organising Committee I would like to invite you to Cairns to attend the International Narcotics Research Conference (INRC) Annual Meeting, 14-19 July 2013.
The International Narcotics Research Conference is the foremost organization of scientists dedicated to the study of opioids. The INRC Annual Meeting encompasses all aspects of opioid research, and features strong contributions in areas such as cellular signalling, molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, addiction research and pain management.
An exciting program will feature Plenary Lectures from leading Australian Scientists Professor Arthur Christopoulos (Ligand Bias/Allostery at GPCR) and Professor Bernard Balleine (Opioid Actions in Forebrain Regions) as well as the INRC Founders Lecture from Professor Graeme Henderson (University of Bristol), one of the pioneers of research into opioid receptor signaling in single neurons.
The INRC meeting in Cairns will be a unique forum for scientists, clinicians and Pharma to get together and learn about the latest and greatest findings in opioid research.
I look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Cairns, Australia’s premier tropical destination.
