Please note that our advertised accommodation rates are only available from Saturday 11th June - Friday 17th June - we can only guarantee your accommodation for these dates so if you wish to stay on in Darwin past this date you will need to check with the hotel directly as higher accommodation rates will apply as a V8 Supercar event has secured accommodation for the dates following our meeting. Accommodation prior to the conference may be more readily available.

Please book your accommodation through the Secretariat via the conference website to obtain these rates. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.

Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat before 11th May 2011, as hotels will release group bookings after this date.

Cancellations and changes should be made through the Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
