WILLIAM GLASSON AO, MBBS, FRANZCO, FRACS, FRACGP, DIPAPPSC(OPt)

Dr Glasson has been active in ophthalmological practice and training in urban, rural, indigenous and international settings for many years, as well as taking a keen interest in medical representation since the late 1990s.

He is currently Vice President of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists; Knight Hospitaller St John; Chair of Cancer Australia; Chair of the Queensland Clinical Senate; a Lt Colonel and consultant ophthalmologist to the Australian Armed Forces; and non-Executive Director, Medical Allied Professionals (MAP) Board, Brisbane.
