Cancellation Policy
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 27 June 2011, a full refund will be given (less a AUD$100 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate will be accepted. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made through the Secretariat.

Stamford Airport Hotel is located 1km from the Sydney Domestic Airport. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service- Please click here to download the timetable.
Directions from the CBD From Bridge Street, turn right on Macquarie Street, turn left on Cahill Expressway, and continue along Eastern Distributor. Continue along South Dowling Street, continue along Southern Cross Drive, then exit right at Domestic Airport. Turn right on General Holmes Drive, continue along Joyce Drive, turn right on O'Riordan Street, then turn left on Robey Street.
Directions from Domestic Terminal Continue along Shiers Ave, continue along Sir Reginald Ansett Drive, continue along O'Riordan Street, and turn left on Robey Street.
A Bus Transfer from the Stamford Airport Hotel will be available at the conclusion of the conference to transfer delegates to the Sydney Domestic Airport. The first shuttle bus will leave the Stamford Airport Hotel at 15.30.
