• Opportunity to purchase tickets to the Meeting Dinner on Thursday 26th November 2026. Titanium sponsors receive 4 complimentary tickets to the Meeting Dinner, while Gold sponsors receive 2 complimentary tickets to the Meeting Dinner.

If you are from a commercial entity and wish to attend ANZSCoS 2026, your registration must be connected to the commercial entity supporting the conference and will show as an exhibition registration.

PAYMENT

Delegates are encouraged to pay via credit card at the time of registration.

Payment can be made by credit card, personal cheque or EFT transfer in Australian Dollars only. Payment can be made via MasterCard or Visa at the time of registration. Payment can also be made by direct transfer; please quote the invoice number when transferring funds electronically. EFT details can be found on your invoice.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

Registration: If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat prior to Thursday 24th September 2026, a full refund will be given (less an AU$175 processing fee). After this date, no refund will be given; however, a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration add-ons (workshops, dinners, etc.) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation: Please refer to the individual hotels’ terms and conditions for their cancellation policies. All cancellations and changes should be made through the ANZSCoS 2026 Meeting Secretariat only.

Liability / Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither ANZSCoS nor DC Conferences will accept liability for, but not limited to:

• Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss of or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters;
• Loss of fees or deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or cancellation of the Conference;
• Loss of international or domestic airfares or accommodation through cancellation for any reason;
• Medical expenses.

All delegates are strongly advised to take out insurance cover for their registration, travel and accommodation in the unlikely event of non-attendance or conference cancellation.

Force Majeure

The Organizers and co-Organizers of the Meeting shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of their obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the unavailability of the venue or other similar causes beyond their reasonable control and without fault or negligence. For one or more of such reasons, the organizers and any co-organizers of the Meeting may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of the organizers and co-organizers of the Meeting. In the event the Meeting cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the organizers and co-organizers of the Meeting shall not be liable to attendees for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs or financial losses.

Photography

There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the SSA website and social media. If you do not want your photograph taken or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.

Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy, including coverage for non-refundable registration fees, when registering for the Meeting and booking travel.
