Poster Number

Poster numbers will be allocated after the early bird deadline, 1 September 2026.

Hard Copy Poster guidelines

Posters are to be in-place by 10.20AM on Thursday, 26 November 2026, there is the opportunity to place posters during the Welcome Reception between 5 - 7pm on Wednesday 25 November. All posters will be displayed until the end of lunch on Friday, 27 November within the Exhibition Hall located in Grand Ballroom 5 - 7 L.

Hard copy posters must be printed in “AO Portrait” (1,189mm high x 841mm wide). Presenters are required to bring their own hook-and-loop velcro for attachment to the felt covered poster board (double-sided tape or blu tac are not suitable).

Digital poster

Your poster will also be displayed electronically. Please send your single-page PDF to the following email: anzscosasm@dccam.com.au

Please format the name of your poster as follows: PosterNumber_Surname, First Initial_ANZSCoS26 Digital Poster.

Your digital poster will be included in a resource gallery, accessible through the ANZSCoS meeting app, alongside a copy of your abstract.

All digital poster files must be submitted by Wednesday, 28 October 2026. Any submissions received after this deadline will not be confirmed. If you have any questions relating to your digital poster submission, please contact the Meeting Secretariat

If you choose to use this format, please note:

• Posters still need to be printed in AO Portrait. To download the template, please click here
• The main colour of your poster is up to you. Colours haven’t been allocated to a certain abstract type or theme
• QR Codes: If you choose to include one on your poster, a unique code can be made here

Registration

To ensure your poster can be displayed all successful poster submitters must be registered by the early bird registration deadline of Tuesday 1 September 2026.
If your registration is not received by this date your poster will be withdrawn.

We ask that you register following the personalised registration link sent to all presenters via email. If you cannot locate this email, please contact us.
