The SRS course component for Spine Society ASM delegates can be purchased as an extra session for $150 (early bird).
SCOLIOSIS RESEARCH SOCIETY WORLDWIDE COURSE
- Entry into all scientific sessions from Thursday morning to Friday lunch time (1.5 days)
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on each day of the SRS course

PAYMENT
Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) on registration is the preferred method of payment. Payment can also be made by personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only*. Cheques should be made payable to the SSA Conference. Payment can also be made by Direct Transfer, please quote the invoice number when transferring funds electronically.

CANCELLATION POLICY
REGISTRATION
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 7 March 2014, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
ACCOMMODATION
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.
LETTERS OF INVITATION
Please note that our policy is to only isssue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received. A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry in to Australia. Please email ssa2014@dccam.com.au to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
