Parking:

SELF PARKING
Day Rate: Entry prior to 6.30pm

Conference delegate rate: $30.00 per car, between the hours of 7am and 6.00pm. Tickets must be validated by concierge and paid to Secure Parking directly.
For exit after 6.00pm, exit tickets must be purchased at reception to obtain a special rate of $45.00. A charge of $45.00 per day per car applies should you choose to charge self parking to the master account.

Evening Rate: Entry after 6.30pm

A $30 evening rate applies payable directly to Secure Parking via their ticket machine.
A charge of $45.00 per day per car applies should you choose to charge self parking to the master account

Valet Parking:
-$55.00 per car for a 24 hour period.

How to book

Please book your accommodation through the Secretariat via the conference website to obtain these rates. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Once registered, confirmation of your accommodation booking can be found on the second page of your receipt. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.

Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat before 30 May 2015, as hotels will release group bookings after this date.
