Group Bookings are now closed

Block bookings at special rates have been made with the hotels and apartments listed below. Please book your accommodation through the APS Conference Secretariat via the online conference registration page to obtain these rates. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their account on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.

Accommodation bookings should be made with the APS Conference Secretariat before Friday 13 February 2015, as hotels will release group bookings after this date.

Cancellations and changes should be made through the APS Conference Secretariat only. 
There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (1) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
