Cancellation Policy for Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 1 August 2013, a full refund will be given (less a AU $150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
Any cancellations or no shows that are incurred within 30 days of the arrival date of stay will be charged at the accommodation rate for all room nights cancelled. (Entire stay period will be charged).
Please note that at 14 days of arrival one nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card to guarantee the booking. Remaining nights will be charged at the end of the stay.

Payment by credit card upon registration is the preferred method of payment.
