Once again, both hard and soft copy posters will be displayed. Please read through the information below carefully and ensure you complete all tasks by the allocated deadline.
Poster numbers will be allocated and distributed to authors after the early bird deadline.
Posters are to be in-place by 10.30 am on Monday 21 July 2025 and will be displayed for the duration of the conference in the exhibition hall, E1 & E2, Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre. Access to the poster boards will be available from 05.00 pm on Sunday 20 July 2025.
Hard copy posters should be printed in “AO Portrait” (1,189mm high x 841mm wide). Presenters are required to bring their own hook-and-loop velcro for attachment to the board (double sided tape or blu tac are not suitable).
Poster walk around sessions will take place during the lunch breaks on both Monday and Tuesday of the conference. During these sessions, please stand by your poster should delegates have any questions about your research.

Posters must be removed by the end of lunch on Wednesday 23 July 2025. Any posters not removed by 1.30pm will be disposed of by the exhibition build company.

Your digital poster will be included in a resource gallery, accessible through the RMSANZ NZRA 2025 conference app, alongside a copy of your abstract.
All digital poster files must be submitted via the Dropbox link above by Friday 11 July 2025. Any submissions received after this deadline will not be confirmed. If you have any questions relating to your digital poster submission, please contact the Conference Secretariat
In addition to hard and digital copies of your poster, for the first time poster presenters are invited to enhance their presentation by submitting a supporting video. This video should be no longer than 90 seconds in length and can be used to provide additional context, highlight key aspects of the poster, or offer a brief overview of the research, providing authors with the opportunity to engage their audience more effectively.

The RMSANZ Poster Prize is awarded to the best poster by a trainee or AFRM Fellow in their first year of Fellowship. The prize is $1,000 and a certificate and the winner will be announced on the last day of the Scientific Meeting, on Wednesday 23 July 2025. Please note, only hard copy posters will be judged and considered for the prize.
All presenters must register by the early bird registration deadline of Tuesday 3 June 2025, for their presentation to be included in the program.
A personalised registration link will be sent to all poster presenters, once registrations open.
A reminder no funding or discounted registrations are available for submitted abstracts authors.
Please note, even if you choose to only display an electronic copy of your poster you must still register and attend at least one day of the conference.
